We often receive requests from customers based in the design and promotion fields to produce something slightly out of the ordinary. Pictured here are a few examples.

Of course we're always happy to oblige and offer our input into the logistical economics of the design and manufacture process. We welcome your challenge!

Case Study 1:

A design agency approached us and asked whether we could screen print their client's logo onto the handle of an ice scraper for motor vehicle use.

It was a bit tricky because we couldn't dismantle them at all which meant the image couldn't go too close to the foam rubber.

You can see the result in the photo on the left. Our client was very pleased.

Case Study 2:

This was a very interesting challenge! A client had an idea about supplying his customer with some rather novel menus. He came to us and explained what he had in mind and between us we worked out the most effective way of producing them.

The actual menu was screen printed onto 140 micron clear PVC in black and silver and on the reverse side. It was then trimmed into the 2 sections and fixed into a rigid PVC base which was then stuck to a thicker PVC panel to give it plenty of strength and stability.

As you can see from the photographs (right) they did look very classy indeed and we understand the final customer was really pleased with the result.

Case Study 3:

Another client asked us if we could print onto their polyester laminated foil bags which are used for promotional mailing purposes.

You can see some examples on the left. We now print regular jobs every month for this client ranging in quantity from 100 to 10,000 off.
